Creating a new forum

I'm creating a new forum, its a recreation of backalley.uni.cc(my old forum)
Its really screwed up though, I lost alot of informations about that forum due to reformatting of my computer. The one who reformat my computer did a mistake and forgot to back it up. Oh well
